Is Your Health Affecting Your Business?

How is Your Health Impacting Your Business?

Let’s face it – as business owners, we are notorious for neglecting our health.

We work 80-hour weeks, rarely get enough sleep, skip meals, constantly stress about every last aspect of our businesses, and we pretty much take our health for granted.

I used to be like that many years ago, and as a result, I was about 100 pounds heavier than I am right now.

Looking back, I now realize the impact my poor health was having on my business. I didn’t have nearly as much energy back then as I do now, and half the time I was feeling sluggish and unmotivated.

Luckily, my health is significantly better now, and that’s had a tremendous impact on the success of my business, as I have much greater mental acuity and more energy, which allows me to get more done.

To hear more about how my health has improved over the years, and the effect that’s had on my business, check out the video below.
