Kali Dayton is on a mission to change fundamental practices in the ICU – no small feat! She wants to improve ICU patient care by applying current research and implementing cost-effective, evidence-based practices.
Known for creating and normalizing “Awake and Walking ICUs”, she works with ICU teams as well as families who have a loved one in the ICU to ensure better outcomes for all parties concerned.
